Adults and children over the age of 15 years.

100% sea water, naturally rich in mineral salts and trace elements: magnesium, copper, gold, silver, sulphur, selenium, manganese, etc.
HUMER Daily Hygiene is a sterile and preservative-free isotonic nasal solution.
Instructions for use
HUMER Daily Hygiene can be used in any position.
- Gently insert the nozzle into the nostril
- Press on the nozzle
- 1 spray in each nostril 2 to 3 times per day before meals
- Clean the nozzle with hot water after each use.
